Refund policy
Every effort is made to ensure your order is packed as carefully as possible, so that you receive your items in the best condition. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately via the contact form if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on earrings, for hygiene reasons.
Refunds
In some instances, depending on the circumstances, we may offer a refund or a replacement on items. But please note - thisĀ does depend on the circumstances!
This is only valid for up to 21 days from the day of purchase, however. Beyond this date, we can not offer refunds or replacement items.
